Position Description

Spring 2026 Student Ambassador

UNC Charlotte Student Legal Services, Inc. (SLS) is seeking student ambassadors to assist with student outreach and engagement during the Spring 2026 semester. This is an unpaid, volunteer position focused on representing SLS to the campus community.

The primary task for Student Ambassadors is to attend outreach events on behalf of SLS to provide information about our services. Other tasks include assisting with SLS social media efforts, planning future preventative educational programming, and increasing student engagement with SLS.

Required Applicant Qualifications

All applicants must be currently enrolled UNC Charlotte students with a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.75.  Students who are graduating in May 2026 and students who are serving on the SLS Board of Directors are ineligible for this spring semester position.  

Please note that Union tabling and ambassador meetings are scheduled on Tuesdays from 11:00 am – 1:00 pm. 

Check the event dates and times listed in the application. If the times do not fit well with your spring semester schedule, please consider applying for an ambassador position in a future semester.

Application Deadline

All applications must be submitted by 5:00 p.m. on January 23, 2026, and interviews are planned to take place January 26 - January 30, 2026.
