Have you received a North Carolina underage alcohol citation? Some of these citations include underage possession, consumption, or use of a fake ID. Do you know what to expect for your upcoming court date?

UNC Charlotte Student Legal Services, Inc. (SLS) will host three (3) information sessions on September 23, October 21, and November 18, from 3:00 pm-4:00 pm, to help students better understand the potential legal outcomes and options before their court date. Students who also have pending University cases with Student Accountability and Conflict Resolution can meet with their staff between 4:00-5:00pm to discuss resolution options.

Session Information (in-person only; students only have to attend one date):

• Wednesday, September 23, Student Union 262 
  • 3:00-4:00pm SLS court case session
  • 4:00-5:00pm walk-in case discussions with Student Accountability and Conflict Resolution
• Wednesday, October 21, Student Union 265
  • 3:00-4:00pm SLS court case session
  • 4:00-5:00pm walk-in case discussions with Student Accountability and Conflict Resolution
• Wednesday, November, Student Union 265 
  • 3:00-4:00pm SLS court case session
  • 4:00-5:00pm walk-in case discussions with Student Accountability and Conflict Resolution

Registration with SLS is required and spots are limited. You will receive an email either confirming your registration or with your options to speak with SLS individually if needed.
