Student Legal Services Closed for Student Break (May 8-May 15)

The SLS office will be closed beginning Friday, May 8, 2026, through Friday, May 15, 2026, for the student break. The office will reopen on Monday, May 18, 2026, when summer classes begin. 

Underage Alcohol Citation Info Session: September 20th

Have you received a North Carolina underage alcohol citation? Some of these citations include underage possession, consumption, or use of a fake ID. Do you know what to expect for your upcoming court date?

UNC Charlotte Student Legal Services, Inc. (SLS) will host an information session on September 20th from 3-4pm in PMSU 261 to help students better understand the potential legal outcomes and options before their court date.

Registration with SLS is required. Here is the registration link.

If you have an upcoming court date that is before September 20, 2023, please contact our office as well.

Additional sessions of this program will be held on October 18th and November 15th.
